The creation of a remittance application responded to the need to facilitate and optimize the process of transferring money from the United States to Mexico. The goal was to provide a clear and safe user experience for users looking to send remittances quickly and reliably.

The process began with an analysis of the customer's requirements and the user's expectations. A simple user flow was developed that ranged from the calculation of the cost of shipping to the management of contacts and the review of account activity.
The wireframes provided a solid structure, followed by iterations in the interface design. The collaboration with the development team ensured the viability, with the prototypes tests were carried out to refine the user experience. Simplicity, transparency and security were essential for each phase of the flow.
The app stands out for its intuitive and attractive interface, providing users with an uncomplicated experience. The ability to calculate costs accurately, manage contacts efficiently and monitor account activity was well received by users.
The application managed to simplify a complex process, improving the user experience. This project reflects not only the design capacity, but also the deep understanding of the needs and expectations of users in the financial and money transfer field.
