It is a loyalty program located in northern Mexico, it offers its members rewards when making purchases at participating establishments or brands within the program.
The company sought to establish a strong connection with its customers to promote loyalty and retention. Faced with this demand, the need arose to develop a mobile application that not only offered attractive rewards, but also improved the user experience, providing easy and quick access to offers and benefits.

The application design process was user-centered. We start by analyzing the expectations of the users and the objectives of the business. I worked on the creation of an intuitive user flow, where the navigation was fluid and the interactions were simple. The design of the interface focused on visual coherence, accessibility and a fluid interaction trying to minimize the cognitive load.
It was a friendly application that exceeds the expectations of business objectives. The simple interface improves usability, while the intuitive flow ensures that users can quickly access the desired rewards.
It is worth mentioning that it was not possible to carry out tests with users due to lack of budget on the part of the client, since this was a freelance-only project.
